A Blueprint Example
To the left you can see a simple concept of a storehouse. It is a two story pole barn that shows pantries, refrigeration, bathrooms, and even the upper room level. This is just a simple visual to allow you to see what is possible.
Each storehouse will look different. Some will only have a singular level property. Otherwise will utilize sheds and barns to complete their mission. Use the information from this site to sit and ask the Lord what HE wants the storehouse in your location to look like!
Have you ever wondered what Goshen was in the Bible?
It’s time to build Goshen…
In the times of Egypts plagues, Goshen was mentioned over and over again as a place of protection and refuge for the Israelites. We see this in Exodus 8:22-23 NKJV where God says, “22 And in that day I will set apart the land of Goshen, in which My people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there, in order that you may know that I am the Lord in the midst of the land. 23 I will make a difference between My people and your people.”
Yahweh went on to say this about other plagues. In Exodus 9:4-6, God said, “4 And the Lord will make a difference between the livestock of Israel and the livestock of Egypt. So nothing shall die of all that belongs to the children of Israel.” Notice that God says none of His people would be touched, and neither would their live stock. It was clear, God was setting a standard. And it would be a testimony to all of Egypt.
We can go back even further into Genesis during the time of Joseph. In this case, Joseph already knew that a famine was coming, and he had prepared ahead of time, heeding God’s warning. There is a difference between a people that have been warned, and a people that had no option (the Exodus Israelites).
When Joseph’s family came to Egypt during the second year of the famine, Joseph said, “Hurry and go up to my father, and say to him, ‘Thus says your son Joseph: “God has made me lord of all Egypt; come down to me, do not tarry. 10 You shall dwell in the land of Goshen, and you shall be near to me, you and your children, your children’s children, your flocks and your herds, and all that you have. 11 There I will provide for you, lest you and your household, and all that you have, come to poverty; for there are still five years of famine.” ‘ Genesis 46 goes on to say, “Then he sent Judah before him to Joseph, to point out before him the way to Goshen. And they came to the land of Goshen.”
It is clear that God provides for His people, and He also warns His people to provide in advance. We are in this time right now. Prophecy after prophecy has come forth that our nations are headed towards a time of “famine” and chaos. The time to build is now. Not out of fear, but out of grace and mercy.
